He brings a strategic economic perspective to city growth strategies and has led the economic and business cases for the establishment of new industrial cities and the expansion of existing cities in many countries. Richard is also widely experienced in developing the wider economic and business case for major infrastructure proposals, particularly in the transport sector. Richard is a specialist in the preparation of regional, metropolitan and urban economic and planning strategies, economic & demographic analysis & forecasting, economic and financial appraisal, inward investment promotion and economic impact assessment. He was worked extensively in the UK and overseas.
